After Hours Private Party(12-40 Adults)

Service Description

Minimum group size is 12 persons for Group After Hour parties and the price is $600 and this will cover the first 12 persons. • Party organizer must pay for additional persons beyond initial 12 persons on arrival.($50 per extra persons) • Groups cannot exceed 40 persons. • The $600 minimum fee must be paid 7 days prior to the event, or the event will be cancelled. • The Private tasting allows each person 10 wine tastings as well as cheese/chocolate/crackers and water. Additionally, the Private Tasting allows your group to have the Deck and Tasting room and venue for your group only. You are welcome to bring additional finger food or snacks for your party to enjoy. No outside alcohol allowed on Lake Point Vineyard and Winery grounds. You are welcome to arrive no earlier than 6pm to setup for your party. • All adults must have valid ID card and must be 21+ years old. No children allowed under 21+. No confetti and no candles allowed. • *All participants, drinking wine or not, will be required to pay the $50. • Call for more questions: 334-517-8334. Cancellations occurring less than 5 days prior to scheduled event will forfeit all moneys paid. Refunds are only available if the request is made 7 days prior to scheduled event. **Additional flat fee of $200(for each additional hour) past 9pm. All party members must be off premises at 10pm.
